cooking courses
We will prepare
tuscan appetizers, using ingredients that are typical of our
cuisine,
crostini,
authentic bruschetta,
yes the one with black cabbage, two or
three main courses, consisting of home-made
pasta that will then be elaborated into fresh tagliatelle, lasagne,
gnocchi
or ravioli,
famous Chianti
bread soups like ribollita
or pappa
al pomodoro.
For the second
courses there are many mouth-watering
options which we will plan together according to your cooking skills
and personal taste, plus typical side dishes, such as
tuscan beans, eggplant, cabbage and more.
Last but not least our special Italian desserts. 0ur tiramisu ,
chocolate rhum cake
and biscotti di prato,
are dreamy!
All this is served
with our selected Chianti
wines coming from the cellars of the local
Chianti Classico
hidden farms that you can visit after the meal if you
want.
Chef Manuela and chef Tina are into
organic food and vegetarian cuisine. The vegetarian lasagna will melt
in your mouth and win your heart.
We
use local seasonal organic vegetables. Many Chianti farms are
organic and if you are into the organic lifestyle
don’t miss coming earlier to shop with us for the ingredients that we
will use during the cooking class. Organic is not only about being free
of pesticides and synthetic
fertilizers, it’s a conscious use of seasonal
and local ingredients. Fresh organic vegetables have flavors and
fragrances that will bring you back to the past…
Children are
welcome and they may participate in the cooking class or
be looked after by our lovely entertainers......
the chef’s daughters.
Ours is a truly hands-on cooking course and we love to make more food
than we could possibly eat! Your guests are welcome to join us for
lunch or dinner for a very reasonable price, ask for details.

Prices
The price for the Authentic Tuscany cooking class starts from 120 euro
per person.
The price varies according to the number of people.
Children are absolutely free.
